Religious Exploration Teaching Teams
Teaching teams work together to:
- Provide children with familiar, consistent faces
- Discuss what’s working in the classroom, and what needs to be adapted
- Plan a schedule that works for everyone and allows for flexibility
- Support each other from week to week, and fill in for each other when the need arises
Support is provided for teachers with:
- An orientation in September
- A weekly update from DRE Andrea
- Google groups for teaching teams
- Curriculum, calendar & other forms at your finger tips
- Team communication
- Sermons available by e-mail or CD, and often by streaming audio
