DRE Andrea James’ Blog is here. Welcome to the 2010-2011 Religious Exploration (RE) program for children and youth. For an overview of what's offered for young people, what to expect on Sundays, an RE Calendar, and more, please see our current Family Handbook. The guide and registration forms are downloadable (above), and are available in hard copy in the church foyer. Please be aware that dates are subject to change throughout the year. Registration forms must be completed for all children and youth in our programs, and returned to Director of Religious Exploration Andrea James (mail folder under "J"). Newcomers are always welcome. When visiting, please complete a Visitors Form, available in the RE area. In order to comply with our Fire Safety Procedures, please ensure your child is wearing shoes when they are in the church. Feel free to leave some shoes for your children in the RE rooms over the winter months.

“A person will worship something, have no doubt about that. We may think our tribute is paid in secret in the dark recesses of our hearts, but it will out. That which dominates our imaginations and our thoughts will determine our lives, and our character. Therefore, it behooves us to be careful what we worship, for what we are worshipping we are becoming.” |
