Adult Program: Meditation Group
This program is for people who are experienced meditators. Participants will take turns sharing guided meditations and related written information with the group. We will explore more deeply some of the different methods of meditation. The emphasis will be on learning more about ourselves and others by sharing our thoughts, feelings, challenges, and successes along our chosen spiritual path. Everyone is welcome.
Six Mondays biweekly starting Feb. 13, 7:00 – 8:30 in the living room.
