LightweightsCabaret It's time for a party and you are invited to the annual Fundraising Cabaret on Sat. February 25. This year enjoy the great young band "The New Lightweights" featuring soulful singer Alexa Dirks, who also sings for the Juno winning Winnipeg band, Chic Gamine.

Please join us for a warm evening of music and friends, Sat. February 25 from 7-10 p.m. Tickets are $18 for adults and $14 for students and low income and are available from Steve Lennon at the gift shop, Brian Klowak (979-9789) or Craig Edwards (794-8528). As usual, we are looking for volunteers to help with set up, ticket sales, bartending, food, and clean up ... please contact Brian or Craig or sign up on the poster is in the church foyer. Bring your friends and support our local musicians! Hope to see you there!

Survey Says...

In a survey, Unitarian Universalists in the United States were asked which provided term or set of terms best describe their belief. Many respondents chose more than one term to describe their beliefs. The top choices were: Humanist – 54%, Agnostic – 33%, Earth-centered – 31%, Atheist – 18%, Buddhist – 16.5%, Christian – 13.1%, Pagan – 13.1%
